These general contracting conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out on our website, www.amayaloungewear.com, the domain owned by AMAYA FASHION FOR KIDS, S.L.

Shopping process
Select the model you like the most. Indicate the size and quantity you want of each of them and click on “add to cart”.
Once you have all the models you want to purchase in the Cart, clicking on Finish the Purchase will take you to the section where you will have to fill in your contact and shipping information.
Once you have filled in your information and verify that your order is correct, you will have to accept the data protection law policy and click on Place Order.

By clicking on Pay by Card, you will access the Payment Gateway, where you will have to enter your card details and click Pay.

Once the Payment is completed, you will receive an email indicating that your order is in process. At the moment we carry out the management of your order and you are ready to leave our facilities, you will receive a new email with the confirmation that your order will leave our facilities that same day.

Applicable taxes

Payment of purchases can only be made by Credit Card.

Information about shipments and delivery times
Orders will be dispatched in a period of 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), as long as the material is available in stock. In case of not being able to comply with this deadline, our customer service will contact, via email, the customer to notify him of the incident, who may confirm or cancel the order.

Payments with Visa or PayPal, shipping is managed at the time of payment confirmation.
No shipments will be made to postal addresses or military bases.
Shipments of purchases made through “Amaya Loungewear” are made through the Transport company, MRW for Peninsular territory (Spain and Portugal), Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, for other countries mail boxes etc .

Orders shipped to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and countries not belonging to the European Union, are subject to various customs charges or taxes. This payment will always correspond to the recipient of the merchandise or buyer, before making your purchase and for more detailed information on the matter, consult with your customs office the taxes to which the purchase you want to make is subject.

The delivery period begins to count once the order leaves our facilities. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. they will be processed on the same day. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. they will be managed the next day.

For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and Fridays after 2:00 p.m. They will be managed the next business day.

Delivery times may be altered in periods of sales and promotions, as well as in the current situation caused by COVID-19.
When the order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an SMS from the transport company with the tracking number and links through which you can change the delivery time.

Change of delivery address: Once the order has been accepted and payment confirmed, the products will be sent to the address, designated at the time of contracting by the user. The subsequent modification of the place of delivery, requested by the customer, will only be possible before the order leaves our platform. The modification of the delivery address, once the order has been delivered to the carrier, will not be possible unless the customer bears the costs and this is expressly agreed between the parties. Said expenses will be designated by the transport company based on the change of address.

Returns & Exchanges:
The items to be exchanged or returned must be returned in the same condition as you received them, they must not have been used and they must keep all their labels. To make the exchange and / or return, you can use the same box in which you received the order. Use the second adhesive strip that is on the flap to close the package in your exchange or return. Remember to remove the shipping label with which you received the package and place the new one in a visible place.
The deadline for requesting an exchange and / or return of one or more items in an order is 15 days from receipt of the order.

In returns, the amount of all returned garments will be refunded but shipping costs will not be returned.
Shipping costs caused by changes and / or returns will be borne by the customer.

The exchange or return will be accepted if it meets the following requirements:
The products must be in the same conditions as they were delivered, keeping their original labels and without having been used, in their original packaging or in a properly closed bag.

When one or more product / s of an order where a promotion has been applied is returned, it will be automatically canceled or discounted from the amount to be returned, if with the return of said item / s the original purchase order no longer meets the necessary requirements. for said promotion to apply.

When the package arrives at our warehouses and we verify that it is in the required conditions, we will give the order for the refund of the amount.

This return will be made in the same form of payment in which you made the order. Once we give the order to refund the amount, the money will be available in your account in a period of 3 to 15 days.

If within 15 days the carrier has not been able to contact you to make the collection, both for changes and for returns, the request will be considered canceled.
